Download Pharmacotherapeutics for Nurse Practitioner Prescribers 3rd Edition Pdf Book Description:

The usage of a Rational Drug Selection process allows you to understand how to prescribe the ideal drug. . .for the right patient. . .at the right time! Updated to reflect the latest scientific knowledge and clinical practice in the specialty, the 3rd Edition provides the same great content in the first two editions with even more of everything you need. My pharmacology class for your South University family nurse practitioner class uses this textbook. I am finding it is really one of the easier textbook to read, however I feel that it likely could have been edited better. I’ve found quite a few punctuation and grammatical mistakes in my readings. This is surely not a massive deal, as the primary points of the text are well understood. Again, as far as content goes, this publication makes them easy to read and understand! While the text contains decent information, most of it is dispersed in various areas throughout. For instance, metoprolol has over 10 citations from the index-in different areas of the book. The chapters are just labeled in the start, making it difficult to navigate. Ultimately, a few of the citations from the index are wrong. I can not remember which drug I was looking up, but it’d 1 citation, and when I went to this page, there was nothing related to that medication, not even the exact same drug class.I wouldn’t be too enthusiastic about using this book again. It’s hard enough material to learn without having to scramble through the publication to hope you discover the right information when you want it in a timely way.
